0Cr17Ni12Mo2 stainless steel

0Cr17Ni12Mo2 is a kind of austenitic stainless steel, its main alloying elements include chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni) and molybdenum (Mo), which give it unique corrosion resistance.

Features of 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 stainless steel:

The strength is not high and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment.

High plasticity, with good corrosion resistance.

Suitable for applications requiring high corrosion resistance and good machining performance.

Chemical composition of 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 stainless steel:It is mainly composed of carbon (C), silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni) and molybdenum (Mo). The specific content range is roughly: carbon (C) ≤0.15%, silicon (Si) ≤1.0%, manganese (Mn) ≤2.0%, chromium (Cr) 16.0%~18.5%, nickel (Ni) 10.5%~13.0%, molybdenum (Mo) 2.0%~3.0%.

Delivery status of 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 stainless steel. It is usually delivered in a state of solid solution treatment or solid solution pickling of the plate to ensure that its material properties and corrosion resistance are at their best.

Due to its good corrosion resistance and processing properties, 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 is widely used in chemical, fertilizer, chemical fiber and other industrial equipment, such as containers, pipes and structural parts manufacturing. In addition, it can also be used in other scenarios that require corrosion resistance and good processing properties.
